Shawn Gillen, host of the City Works series, was in this morning along with Jason Engeldinger of the Minnesota State Patrol and Steve Schaar and Jeff Carlson from the Grand Rapids Police Department.  They talked about a drunken driving enforcement program that used to be called safe and sober but is now called Toward Zero Deaths.  Itasca County was on the list of the 13 deadliest counties in the state of Minnesota and was on that list for many years.  This program is designed to have a high visibility aspect to it so for big events like the Deer...

Each Saturday afternoon at 4:00pm on the Public Access Channel, ICTV plays programs from the archive of past productions. On February 18, we will be replaying the Grand Rapids Area Library Program, Frederick McKinley Jones: A Celebration of Black History. This will be followed at 5:00pm by two episodes of Food, Fun and Festivities. The first focuses on sweet potatoes, and the second on three cheese biscuits. The following week, February 25, we will be playing a video produced during Trout Lake Day in 2005. Following that, learn how to make Mango Chutney on Food,...
